The greatest customer experience I’ve ever had. My oven wasn’t working and I called and they came the very next day. I was so glad because I’ve been wanting a pizza since the oven didn’t work and I couldn’t make one. Dennis came out and had a pizza it was truly a great experience. He was very professional and fixed it very quickly. I was very impressed! I will always call this company for any of my appliance needs. They are very reasonably priced too. I called another company before them and they wanted double what this company offered to fix it for! Thank you so much for the great experience!

I found “The Appliance Doc” name and number from the internet after first calling the business where all my appliances were purchased to repair our washer and dishwasher. They said the soonest they could come was Jul. 8th or a full 2 weeks waiting time. That’s when I called the Appliance Doc. on Fri. to visit with a very helpful lady who said Denis could come first thing on Monday a.m. Monday arrives, I got a call from Denis at 8:15 a.m. saying he was on his way. I also received a photo of Denis via text, so I knew what he looked like upon arrival. Denis arrived on time and repaired both my washer and dishwasher within a short time. I write this review because not many businesses impress me. Denis delivered a service within 1 business day when my regular provider told me it would be a 2-week wait which I thought was unacceptable. Not only was Denis punctual, he was courteous, polite, professional and reasonable. I would highly recommend the “Appliance Doc.” for all your appliance repairs. Thank You, Denis.

This was easily the best experience I have had with a repair man in Sioux Falls he was right on time, very professional, and for the amount of work he did the price was more that fair. I have had multiple experiences where I get charged an arm and a leg for a small amount of work or to be told it can't be repaired. If you want to deal with a business who puts the customer first and treats the customer with respect and fairness this is the place. I will never call anyone else for appliance repair and will continue to sing their praises.

Had Dennis come out and look at my dryer. It started making weird chirping noises as soon as you start it up. He found that the idler pulley was seized up. Part was available in town. He Got it back up and running again like new.

When our stove went berserk while the oven was on at 400° and we couldn’t turn it off, had to hit the circuit breaker, we called Appliance Doc at 6:45pm. Amy answered. Imagine that! Contacted Dennis due to dryer not making proper contact to start cycle. Dennis went through the dryer with a fine tooth comb and discovered the problem was with the timer and needed replacing.

I have NEVER had anyone service an appliance so efficiently. He was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely polite. He went through everything explaining the function of each part.

If you want someone dependable, knowledgeable and trust worthy, make the correct choice and do not hire those other clowns where the customer comes second.
